Parties and acceptance
Automation Secured, LLC, doing business as WeLead Lab (WeLead Lab), and the partner identified in the approved Partnero application. Participation begins after WeLead Lab approves the application and both parties accept these terms in writing. Applying does not authorize promotion or create a right to commission.
Your offer
Partners earn 25% of qualifying service fees actually collected from their attributed customer. A fully paid $2,000 service month earns $500. Commission begins with the first qualifying payment and continues for qualifying payments while the customer pays; there is no fixed 12-month cap. There is no signup bonus, payment for leads or calls, or commission on unpaid months. Advertising budgets, separately billed third-party costs, sales taxes and refunded amounts are excluded. Card processing fees do not reduce the service-fee basis. Partial or discounted qualifying payments earn 25% of the amount actually collected.
Referral attribution
Use your approved unique referral link. The program uses a 90-day referral window and last-click attribution before the customer's initial attribution; subsequent qualifying payments remain assigned to that partner. Existing customers and prospects already in an active documented sales discussion require written approval before referral. Only one partner receives credit for a customer.
For a personal introduction or a visitor whose cookie is unavailable, register the introduction with Vladimir before the customer signs or pays, with the prospect's permission. WeLead Lab will confirm the attribution in writing and record the customer against the partner before the first commission is processed. An unverified link click alone does not establish payment entitlement. Disputed attribution is reviewed using dated introductions, consented tracking and customer records; the determination and reason are supplied to the affected partner.
Payout policy
Each qualifying payment has a 30-day review period. Eligible, approved commission is paid by bank transfer by the 15th of the following month. There is no minimum number of referred customers or minimum balance requirement. The partner supplies valid payment and required tax information through a secure channel; missing information delays payout until resolved. Payout approval stays manual. WeLead Lab pays its sending fees; the partner's bank or intermediary may impose separate charges.
Example: a qualifying $2,000 payment received September 20 finishes its review period October 20. The $500 commission is due by November 15, assuming no refund/dispute and complete payment details.
Refunded amounts reverse the corresponding 25% commission. Disputed payments are held until resolved. A reversal after payout is shown transparently as an adjustment against future commissions; no automatic debit of the partner's bank account is authorized. Unrelated earned commissions are not forfeited. A client pause generates no commission while unpaid; qualifying resumed payments remain attributed to the original approved partner.
Promotion and working relationship
Partners introduce suitable businesses; Vladimir handles consultation, pricing, contracts and service delivery. Partners may not bind WeLead Lab, collect customer money on its behalf, alter pricing or promise particular rankings, lead volumes, customer numbers or earnings. Use approved materials and accurate descriptions. No self-referrals, fake customers, spam, purchased private contact lists, misleading impersonation or unauthorized brand domains. Paid advertising using WeLead Lab branding requires prior written approval and an agreed budget; no reimbursement is implied.
Clearly disclose the commercial relationship next to each recommendation or referral link, for example: “I earn a commission if you become a paying WeLead Lab client through my referral.” Do not rely only on a footer or an ambiguous hashtag. Obtain permission before sharing a prospect's personal details. Partner access must not expose unrelated customer payment information.
Ending participation
Either party may stop new referral activity by written notice. WeLead Lab may suspend promotion while investigating suspected fraud or misleading claims. Valid commissions already earned remain payable under these terms, and legitimate customers attributed before termination continue to earn the stated recurring commission while they pay. Proven fraudulent transactions do not qualify. Changes to commercial terms apply only prospectively after written agreement; no silent retroactive change to earned commission.

WeLead Lab provides a record of attributed qualifying payments, adjustments and payouts without exposing unnecessary customer information. Partners can raise discrepancies with vlad@weleadlab.com.
