The Email Marketing module treats deliverability as a first-class concern, not an afterthought. The strategist agent begins by mapping your subscriber list against lifecycle stages — new leads, engaged prospects, active customers, and at-risk churners. For each segment it designs a tailored sequence: an onboarding drip for new subscribers, a re-engagement cadence for dormant contacts, and promotional campaigns aligned with your product calendar. Each campaign brief includes a clear success metric, whether that’s trial signups, repeat purchases, or webinar registrations.

The composer agent writes email copy that respects the reader’s inbox. Subject lines are kept under 50 characters and tested for spam trigger words before any send. Preview text is crafted to complement — not repeat — the subject line. Body copy follows a single-focus structure: one goal, one CTA, minimal clutter. The composer produces two subject line variants for every send so the sender agent can run a 20/20/60 split test and automatically promote the winner to the remaining list.

The sender agent handles all the infrastructure. It validates the send list against bounce history, unsubscribes, and spam complaint records before each campaign. Sends are routed through Resend with full DKIM and SPF authentication on your domain, and DMARC alignment is verified at every send. After delivery, the agent monitors inbox placement rates, tracks opens and clicks in real time, and feeds engagement signals back to the strategist to refine future segmentation. A campaign that generates high spam complaints triggers an immediate pause and an automated deliverability review.
