Use a recent inquiry from your own records. Leave customer names out of notes you plan to share.
Open your website on a phone. Identify the service, service area and contact button. Test the contact path and confirm where the request arrives. Record a dated observation, not a guess about rankings.
For your recent inquiry, record arrival time, first reply, appointment and next action. Where did information or responsibility become unclear? Assign one person to that next step.
Was the inquiry suitable? Was an appointment actually confirmed? Did a new customer accept? Mark unknowns as unknown. A booking-form open does not answer these questions.
Fix one verified gap. Write who will do it, when you will review it and the outcome you will check. Compare qualified inquiries and customers over a consistent period, including the spending needed to acquire them.
